Description

 High-frequency heating machines, also known as high-frequency machines, have induction coils (also referred to as inductors, electromagnetic transducers, etc.) that serve as the energy output components of induction heating equipment such as high-frequency and medium-frequency machines.  


  To ensure heating speed and efficiency, parameters such as the number of turns (coils), diameter, shape, and dimensions must meet impedance matching conditions and the workpiece's process requirements. Generally, the larger the diameter of the induction coil, the fewer the turns; the smaller the diameter, the more the turns.

- Melting furnaces, etc.


Regarding material selection, high-purity copper with low resistivity should be used, and the specifications and wall thickness must meet the requirements of the maximum operating current.


To prevent sparking between the induction coil and the workpiece, inter-turn sparking within the coil, magnetic saturation, and other issues that could damage the machine or workpiece, the following measures must be taken during manufacturing:

- Design the induction solution carefully, determine the coil shape, and calculate key parameters.

- Select appropriate thermal insulation, electrical insulation, heat preservation, and protective materials, such as high-temperature insulating sleeves, high-temperature insulation wool, quartz tubes, graphite tubes, silicone, and refractory materials.


The performance of the induction coil directly affects the equipment's effective output power, efficiency, stability, reliability, and service life. Therefore, each inductor must be rigorously designed and manufactured, and may even require experimental verification.
