Our company's melting furnace mainly uses high-frequency, ultra-high frequency, and medium frequency power supplies produced by our company as the melting host, making the furnace small in size, efficient, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly. Mainly used for melting various metals such as gold, silver, copper, iron, stainless steel, platinum, rare earth metals, silicon nickel lead, etc., with temperatures exceeding 2000 ℃. It is mainly divided into three categories: medium frequency melting furnace, high-frequency melting furnace, and ultra-high frequency melting furnace. The capacity of medium frequency melting furnace ranges from 5 kg to 300 kg, and high-frequency and ultra-high frequency melting is less than 20 kg. The most prominent advantages are small size, energy-saving and environmentally friendly, saving 30-40% of electricity compared to general electric furnaces.

3. Material selection for crucible:

Ceramic crucible: suitable for melting materials containing Fe elements such as stainless steel and iron, or ultra-high temperature precious metals such as platinum. Common materials include magnesium oxide, silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide, zirconium oxide, etc.
Graphite crucible: suitable for melting materials such as gold, silver, copper, aluminum, nickel, lead, silicon oxide, etc. Common materials include high-purity graphite, silicon carbide, clay graphite, etc.
