Ultra-high frequency welding machine
Case Details
High frequency welding principle: By utilizing the skin effect of high-frequency current, high-frequency electrical energy can be concentrated on the surface of the welded part, while the proximity effect can be used to control the position and range of the high-frequency current flow path.
When it is required to concentrate high-frequency current on a certain part of the welding piece, as long as the conductor and the welding piece form a current loop and the conductor is close to this part of the welding piece, so that they form adjacent conductors with each other, this requirement can be achieved. High frequency welding refers to the use of skin effect and proximity effect based on the specific form and special requirements of the welded structure, which enables the surface metal of the welded part to be quickly heated and welded.
